Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Do you want to come to the peace and quiet in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms and sunroom and balcony. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs it was a carpentry workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is located in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa baths. Woodstove in the kitchen.Sauna is available.
