The cottage is equipped with kitchen area with induction stove, fridge and freezer and bathroom. There is a loft bed that is suspended from the ceiling with a ladder up (140 cm), a sofa bed (140 cm), and, if you wish, you can get a travel bed for small children/infants. Note: Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. The cleaning is responsible for the guest.

Access to the boathouse. 1 km away is Mjölkeröds 18-hole golf course with good golf restaurant, the golf is open from early April through October. For this benefit, you can spend time at the house in addition to the summer months. After a chilly walk by the sea and the boathouses, you can warm up in the sauna or in front of the tile oven. The kitchen with large kitchen island is built to take out the turns of gastronomy.

For those who want to hike in Bohuslän environment on rocks and in groves, sunbathe and swim, paddle. In the ground floor of the house there is the kitchen, the hall and toilet and shower room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a hall, sleeps 5. Otterön is without bridge connection, shops, and streets. Hired only on weekly basis.

Stugan har plats för upp till fyra personer med en dubbelsäng (140 cm) och två breda enkelsängar (120 cm). Kök, badrum, v- rum och altan med grill. Tv och wifi finns samt cromecast till Tv.
