It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It is a cozy space, surrounded by nature, conditioned to accommodate up to three people and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or extended vacation.

Enjoy dreamy sunsets with the best views from the pool that surrounds the property. A rural establishment with the comfort of the city surrounded by a landscape where birdsong is the predominant sound. 20 minutes from downtown Colonia del Sacramento, you can walk the streets of the historic city, visit the emblematic Plaza de Toros, stroll along the riverfront promenade, and choose from a large number of restaurants.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
