Ramp is 1/2 mile. This cozy cottage, sleeps up to 4 adults. But 2 adults and 2 children most comfortable. In the kitchen area has a microwave, air fryer,coffee pot, sink and a 5 foot refrigerator/freezer. There is a full bathroom, and a closet and bureaus for clothes.

Centrally located, our home boasts a large back yard with outdoor games, and for those rainy days we host a full indoor game room/arcade! Shopping is 5 minutes away and we're a short drive from downtown Pensacola. We are a veteran owned business, and are very military/veteran friendly!

Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
