Aesthetically beautiful villa apartment in the heart of Copenhagen Sundby. A stone's throw from the scenic beach and inner Copenhagen. The area is centrally located near the bus, subway and your car can park for free on the street. The subway takes you to Inner Copenhagen in just 10 minutes. The apartment is part of an older house with two apartments. This apartment is on the 1st floor. The whole house and both apartments were completely renovated in 2020. The apartment is 10 minutes from Copenhagen Airport by car or metro.

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Apartment on Islands Brygge - close to the city - but at the same time quiet on the terrace overlooking the harbor, the boats and the water in which you can take a swim. You can easily rent a Donkey bike around the corner, so you can cycle around Copenhagen, to Reffen Street Food, experience Christiania and The Little Mermaid. The evening on the terrace offers both the sound of the Town Hall bells, the fireworks in Tivoli and the sound of the boats in the water, which sail close to the terrace.

Our 4-room new and luxurious apartment offers 114 sq meters and is situated directly in the harbor. It has a spacious and bright open-floor kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a cozy private terrace. All rooms are spacious and bright with large windows and great views. Our apartment is located in the new and modern inspired area of Copenhagen called Sluseholmen, where the atmosphere varies between an intimate canal environment and the open views of the harbor environment.
