The apartment is in a quiet and modern neighborhood, and is well equipped. Murat and his wife did everything to make the guest feel welcome, and have been responsive throughout the stay.

After 3 years of travel, this is our favourite apartment. Comfortable, spotless, tidy, spacious. The kind of apartment we could live in. Top-notch craftsmanship. Quality, comfortable furniture, four excellent air conditioners (not a typo), excellent water pressure, endless hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast internet, quality linens, a supply of filtered water, and lighting options we rarely find. Book a few extra days to relax here. Sleep like a baby. Wake to the sound of birds. We loved feeling immersed in the neighbourhood. 2 local grocery stores and a cosmetics store are a 5-minute walk away. The Metro is a 15-minute walk. Now for our host, Elbek. He went above and beyond long before we even arrived. To clarify, we had no issues with the apartment. His time was spent helping us with our stay in Uzbekistan. Elbek is a rare breed! Thank you, Elbek. We are grateful. P.S. We hope guests take good care of this apartment as equally as Elbek takes care of his guests.

This is a good accomodation in the perfect location. The main and unsolvable problem is noise - which comes from the Tashkent City area itself, from airflow system of the building, from the kids in the building, and the door does not isolate any sounds at all, so you hear eveyone who is coming and leaving the floor, including the elevator. Despite the description - there is no self checkin available yet, so we needed to disturb Islam in the middle of the night due to a late flight. Some kitchenware could be improved: like teaspoons, some little pot to boil eggs, tea and coffe. Islam is very kind and responsive host, who solves any requests in minutes. This appartment is an excellent deal for the money you pay, and it's quite modern, comparing to other appartments in the city.

We had a really lovely stay at this spacious and well-kept apartment. It was ideal for our group of five, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely presented. The pool and gym were a great extra touch, and we made good use of them. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, a great base for our trip—would definitely recommend.

Great apartment, everything is in perfect condition. Everything is clean, no smells, very beautiful apartment and yard. The only thing is that there is a construction site under the window, but if you close the windows, you can't hear anything. I really liked it, I would love to stay here on my next trips to Tashkent

Perfect location to see all the sites in Tashkent. Spacious apartment with all the amenities, including some extra touches. Yakov was a delight to chat with and was very helpful and proactive in his communication. I highly recommend this place and it definitely deserves to be in the top listings for Tashkent. A total 5 star stay!

this is a cool place artistic interiors, surrounded by bunch of cafes bars and restaurant. though building is quiet old but as soon as you step into the appartment it just different world. really liked the place how Furjat have kept it.
