Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

Experience stunning ocean views from the comfort of this beachfront property with the popular Papamoa Beach just across the road. It is a short walk to the Surf Club , restaurants, Supermarkets and shops. The open -concept kitchen is well equiped with modern appliances. The decks are huge with large sliders opening on to them which creates an indoor / outdoor flow. There are 4 good size bedrooms, along with 3 full size bathrooms. It is a scenic 45 minute drive to Rotorua.

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Situated on a point, the views are breathtaking from our cottage. Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.
