Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

The apartment is in a historic building, with the original brick vaults, just outside the village walls. It consists of a large living area, with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and table, and sleeping area with double bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. Located in the parallel of the main street with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches and shores are within a 5-minute walk, as is the marina for boarding to the Tremiti Islands.

At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, a minibar, and a part set up solely for breakfast with a coffee machine with capsules, a juicer and a kettle for tea.

Beautiful, newly renovated beachfront apartment located on the second floor of a residence on the north waterfront in front of the seaside. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with sea view and a second bedroom with a french bed. The living area has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy an umbrella provided to access the free beach in front of the residence

Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

The structure is located on the fourth floor (top apartment) without an elevator, but the breathtaking view of the Adriatic coast from the spacious terrace will surely make the climb up the stairs a very pleasant experience. The apartment has been recently renovated to provide guests with a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment.
