Despite the home is located in the confusing labyrinth of the Medina, they ensured check in is seamless. Simo was amazing at coordinating check in, so you will meet him at an easy meeting point. He will point out landmarks to help you navigate the Medina to the townhouse. Anthony also has a very detailed list of instructions and features to the home once you confirm the booking. He also provides suggestions on how to get around this city and tours one can participate in Fes. They are both very responsive if you have any questions. The home is a very great to place to stay in the Medina, with a feel of a more traditional Morrocan living. As the house accommodates up to 5 guests, there were multiple rooms to fit a family. As expected with a townhouse, there are a couple flights of stairs to get to and from the 3 floors of this home. This may be a consideration for some. A cute home - both Anthony and Simo also made the experience that much better!

Alojamiento céntrico y limpio, hicimos un viaje en familia y nos trataron muy bien.

I stayed for a month (got discount!) in this splendid Riad in authentic, less touristic, and quiet neighborhoods. Close to both tourist spots and a zone of life of the locals. Lovey everyday breakfast with Moroccan table ware, good Wi-Fi connection, hot shower, and carefully maintained furniture and facilities. The terrace is spacious as having 3 or 4 different levels. I often had meals there, and the laundry dries quickly there. The host Frederic and Amal are nice and responsive. Amal, a dedicated on-site host, has wonderful skill and refined taste in art, creation, and decoration. It was fun to see the interior decoration and talk about that. Cats and turtles always made me smile and happy. Thank you for everything. Hope to come back!

Trés joli Riad, au coeur de la Medina, assez facile à retouver de part sa proximité avec la Mosquée. une vue de la terrasse à 360 degrés comme il est rare de trouver. Ca vous demandera de bon mollets pour y grimper. La room céleste est magnifique, décorée avec goût. Nous avons vécu des moments conviviaux et de partage avec les marocains, en famille. MERCI pour tout ça !

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison en famille et nous sommes toujours ravis . Christian est un hôte reactif et à l'ecoute. Nous étions tres heureux de retrouver Rachid qui s'occupe de la maison. Il est absolument formidable et sa gentilesse et sa disponibilité facilitent grandement l'immersion dans la ville. Un immense merci à lui ! Nous avons testé la cuisine d'Ayat qui est exceptionnelle. La maison était extrêmement propre à notre arrivée. C'est une maison spatieuse et confortable pour une famille ( nous etions 5). Elle est parfaitement équipée pour passer un excellent séjour . La cuisine est incroyablement bien équipée! Cette maison est parfaitement bien placée,loin de l'agitation mais pres de tout à pied. Cela en fait un logement hautement recommandable pour les voyageurs en quête d'authenticité. Nous serions bien restés encore un peu,mais il a bien fallu rentrer. Comme nous le disions à Rachid ...jamais deux sans trois ! A bientôt !

Vanaf de aankomst in Fez hebben Sonhild en Saïd voor een geweldig verblijf gezorgd. De kamer was fijn en authentiek, maar oog voor detail. Er is een prachtig uitzicht over de medina vanaf het terras. Wat de beleving voor ons onvergetelijk heeft gemaakt naast de locatie (in het hart van de medina in Fez) is het persoonlijke contact en de gastvrijheid van zowel Sonhild als Saïd: opgehaald vanaf de rand van de stad naar de woning, heerlijk Marokkaans ontbijt en de oprechte en betrokken gesprekken over het leven in Fez. Saïd staat op alle momenten voor je klaar met een glimlach. Sonhild neemt je met haar prachtige verhalen mee door het Fez wat zij als haar stad heeft weten te maken. Kortom: het was fantastisch.

Belle maison,paisible et confortable, endroit incroyable, hôte très gentil et accueillant. Je recommande fortement l'endroit à tous. Environnement soigné et quartier sûr. Parking a la porte accès très facil

Le Riad est très bien aménagé, bien entretenu. La communication avec Loli et Franck était fluide. Ils sont très réactifs. Les personnes qui s’occupaient du ménage et du petit déjeuner ´compris dans le prix de la location’ étaient très serviables. Lessives facturées à 60dh l’unité. Un parking payant se trouve à moins de 5min de marche du Riad. Fès est une ville riche en histoire. Il y a aussi tant de de choses à visiter autour de la ville (Volubilis, Moulay yacoub, Ifrane ´petite suisse marocaine’.). En journée la médina grouille d’activités, par contre le soir c’est beaucoup moins safe. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans la médina avec des prix tout à fait raisonnables pour des touristes internationaux. Si vous allez dans la ville nouvelle vous avez des restaurants très propres et deux fois moins chers. Le Riad est bien placé pour visiter la médina à pied. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig. Wir fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Said ist ein sehr warmherziger, freundlicher, zuvorkommender, herzlicher und immer fröhlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns am Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht, uns jeden Morgen ein großartiges Frühstück bereitet und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sonhild war zwar nicht persönlich anwesend, aber auch sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr herzliche Nachrichten geschrieben, war proaktiv und hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben. Es ist alles sauber, ordentlich und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist super und die Lage mittendrin. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Magnifique riad au cœur de la médina. Eric est un hôte sympathique qui nous a accueilli tard le soir et a pris le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux. Notre arrivée était parfaitement organisée avec un taxi à l'aéroport.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et avec un accès facile à la Médina. L'emplacement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre visite sans perdre de temps en déplacements. Tout était propre et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour quiconque souhaite découvrir la ville de façon pratique et agréable.
