Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Te Waipounamu / South Island

The cottage is located quite convenient location in Queenstown. All we need such as shops, pubs and something so on are located in walking distance. The house was equipped without frills, but I think they are enough and in tidy condition for four visitors. I can recommend anybody who plan to stay the town to choose it.

The scenery was so nice, and all kinds of facilities (washing machine, dryer, induction, dishwasher, etc.) were so useful! However, even though it was 3 nights and 4 days, there were somewhat few towels, and the refrigerator was slightly lacking in cleaning. Still, the response to inquiries was very fast, and it was nice that the bus stop was so close. I think the time I spent sitting on the porch looking at the lake will be unforgettable for the rest of my life!♥️

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We had a good rest and relaxing time enjoying the amazing view in the living room. Really appreciate the host’s prompt action when we let her know that the hairdryer was spoiled. Everything is perfect and we would love to come back here again. Many Thanks Mary Regards Marcia

What a gem of a cottage in a gem of a town! Do not hesitate to book this place if you want to be 3 minutes from town but with all the amenities to cook your own meals, do laundry and enjoy a fabulous shower. The place is spacious, well decorated, free of clutter, comfortable beds and linens. Wow. A fabulous find!! Make sure to check out Rhyme and Reason Brewery and Kai for coffee. Would happily return!

A beautiful place to stay! The house is nestled near Lake Hayes, surrounded by nature, offering complete privacy. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The morning light streaming into the house is simply perfect. The entire home is spotless, modern, and well-maintained. While a car is necessary to reach the property, it's absolutely worth it. Sussie provided clear instructions, so I didn’t need to disturb her during my stay, and she also shared great recommendations for restaurants and activities. If I return to Queenstown, I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great apartment to stay in for 2 couples with own bedroom and bathroom areas. Beds were super comfy. The view from the balcony across to the Remarkables was, well, remarkable. It’s only a 10 minute walk into town so very convenient. Great communication from the host. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely staff at Carolyn's place. It was so peaceful (even with a 2 year old in tow) and nothing beats watching the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom window. What a beautiful hidden gem. Walking distance to restaurants, town centre and the Akaroa Dolphins boat leaves right out the front. We can't wait to come back again one day!

lovely, comfortable place to stay in a great location. Walking distance to Hagley Park and town. Appreciated the children's books and plates/utensils which my granddaughter enjoyed on her visit. Great to have two bathrooms and the showers were really good 😊

Brilliant house with everything we needed and more. it was clean and comfortable with plenty if furniture as well as outdoor dining space. Sonia is a fabulous host who responded immediately to any questions and we could truly relax. Highly recommend this property.

We only stayed one night and did not do any cooking. We had a very early flight out, and Zhou's place suited us very well for that. It was clean, and the 2 full bathrooms were very helpful with 2 couples getting ready in the morning. It is 6 minutes from the airport. I think we would have felt crowded if we stayed more than a night or 2. The bedrooms are small and there is very little room for luggage, so I ended up leaving my luggage out in the main living room area. As noted in other reviews, you have to walk through the owners back yard to get to the house, which felt a little weird. We only briefly met Zhou, but he was very pleasant and helpful.

This accom was excellent, beautiful comfortable large home that accommodates big groups. Excellent presentation and nice quiet neighborhood - was nice and handy to the airport. Will definitely book this accom again. Thanks a lot Lily

Bonnie’s listing was perfect for our time in Queenstown. The apartment had beautiful views and was very spacious. The balcony was the perfect spot for breakfast or dinner! Highly recommended staying here!

When in the Queenstown area you might want to consider this condo in Frankton, near the airport and conveniently situated very close to the Remarkables Shopping area. We found almost everything we needed within walking distance. We are walkers and loved the long walk into Queenstown along the lake on the Frankton Track. Although it is nearly 5 miles we did it three times in one week but took the bus back! There is also a municipal pool within walking distance that we used several times. We also walked along the southeastern edge of the lake one day and had a nice lunch at the cafe facing the lake at the Hilton Hotel, where there is a water taxi that can take you on over to Queens town if you like. . On Saturday the Remarkables Market was less than a block from our place and it was a really super fun time! We would highly recommend a stay at this condo. The price was right and the location was just great for us.

Perfect in every way. Could not fault this accommodation. Rachel and Paul's apartment was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Ground floor apartment with dedicated parking spot, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good choice of restaurants. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers and comfy beds and pillows. What more could you want. Rachael sent us good instructions and was quick to respond to messages I sent. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends who are visiting NZ later this year. The moment I entered I knew I had made a nice choice of a flat for 4 days in Dunedin. I am travelling 4 months, so value the ability to wash my laundry and do my own cooking. There are two large supermarkets a short walk away and I continued enjoying New Zealand clams and green-lipped mussels! It was nice to have a 2-piece washroom (bathroom) on the lower level in addition to the full 3-piece washroom upstairs! I didn't have a car, but the opportunity to have the spot in the car park in the building with access right to the lobby is fantastic. When you have a question, Jenny gets right back to you. Thank you to Jenny for an early check-in to match up with my bus arrival. Top notch! 👍

Mi Ae's house has a stunning view. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I was able to relax while looking at an incredibly beautiful lake. The room was also beautiful, there was air conditioning, and the kitchen was well equipped. There is also a washing machine with a dryer, so there was no trouble with laundry even after playing around with activities such as kayaking. The inn is located in a convenient and quiet location in the heart of the airport and Queenstown. It's a quick drive to the countdown.You can also easily take a water taxi from the harbor about an 8-minute walk from the inn to the center. I would love to stay in Queenstown again!!
