A long weekend in the beautiful stay of Laura and Noam, with very nice views and lots of activities nearby. With 10 people more than enough expansion available and very pleasant with 3 bathrooms. The Jacuzzi also made a lot of use. Contact with Laura and Noam went smoothly, they thought well and instructions were clear. All in all recommended!

We had such a lovely stay. The house was perfect to welcome a big group, every spaces thought throw and super practical. The house and decoration itself was georgous and we had the most wonderful weekend . Magdalena was also so sweet and very responsive . Would recommend this place to everyone . It’s worth it 100% and beautiful location . Thank you very much We will come back 🤗

a top-notch cottage for family gatherings. Toys for kids. An enchanted basement with foosball, pool, darts, a trunk of costumes, wigs, shoes. Outside, boules court, swing, children's structures, a beautiful terrace and a Spa. In short, laughs and smiles guaranteed. A cottage of course any report. Good value for money. very good contact with Johnny who is responsive. Not to be missed.

This is a fantastic place with great amenities - our group enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and many spaces to rest, dance, or eat. The highlight though must be the huge private garden, which has trails, ponds, and many small quirky surprises. We would definitely return here!

This house is fantastic! Geraldine is an amazing host who is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to any query you may have! I love this house and I highly recommnend it. The place is so clean and nicely furnished. It will make you feel home! The location is perfect. It is removed from the traffic and so close to all the shop and restaurants. There is a lovely garden. The house have everything you need to have a very comfortable stay with a "home like" feeling. Every time I go to Belgium I stay at this house and I am NEVER disappointed.

Excellent stay for group of friends or large family in a peaceful village near Durbuy. It's a very large house, all the rooms have a private bathroom and there is a well-equiped kitchen. We could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! There is a sauna, so ideal to relax as adult and a trampoline children can enjoy!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Had a nice weekend in this house with our group of friends. Thanks to the spacious layout and the many possibilities in the cottage, we also had an excellent time during the sleeps of all the children.

I was able to celebrate my 30 birthday here with 9 other friends. The place is full equipped. The booking went smoothly and the communication was smooth. The whole place was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend and are super happy. We will be happy to come back.

We had a super great, long weekend with the whole family. The space is simply gorgeous. Everything is available, well maintained and extremely lovingly furnished. You have so much space inside and outside that you sometimes have to find each other. Sabine is a great hostess, extremely friendly and with lots of tips on what to experience in the area. We will be happy to come back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house in the Ardennes. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival and provided to the last detail – from towels to shampoo, everything was ready. The beds were comfortable. The garden is beautifully maintained and offers magnificent views of the surroundings. The location is also ideal for hiking enthusiasts: there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails nearby. Highly recommended.

No problem at all. The ground and the building were both mega clean, everything was well cleaned, and communication was great. Caroline always answered very quickly and in a friendly and helpful way, and she even woke us up when we arrived. We really had a great time.

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. He was really understanding and generous. I would definitely want to come again.

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.
