Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

The Interior is fully remodeled and has a fully functional piano and guitar along with all new furniture and beds! The house also has a huge front yard and backyard that is pet friendly for any sizes. The county of Riverside now requires as of 2021 a 12% transient occupancy tax.
