We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Your temporary home is just 3 min to walk to the park “Hasenheide”. Accomodation up to 3 persons (2 in bed, 1 on extra bed). No parties allowed!

My home is a 2-room apartment that is centrally located and was completely renovated 5 years ago. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, other kitchen appliances and much more. It is located next to a park with a pond and gets sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! You can see the beautiful sunset every day from the living room and balcony. We recently bought a new TV and carpet for the living room.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

There's an elevator in the building, and shopping facilities as well as the underground and S-Bahn are right outside the door!

Enjoy a simple and relaxing stay in this peaceful yet centrally located apartment. The apartment is situated in a newly renovated side wing of a historic building dating from 1873. The building is accessed through the front building at Mittenwalder Str. 8 and is located in a quiet inner courtyard. The apartment is approximately 65 square metres in size and is situated on the elevated ground floor. It can be reached via the staircase.
