Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Gartennutzung ist möglich. Eingang hat eigene Adress: Gerosteig no 21. On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Come stay in our beautiful and cozy apartment in trendy Neukölln. Berlin's new edgy district. The studio includes a beautiful open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen with a double bed with a comfy mattress, bare red brick walls, and 4 meter ceilings. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the building, with direct access to the beautiful and calming house garden. 2 min walk from four supermarkets, 5 min walk from Berlins infamous Tempelhof, 1 min from the U8 & S Ring trains.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.
