Welcome to my apartment! This is a second floor unit (via stairs). This is an older four unit building with this unit completely renovated. Very central and only a few miles to all Tampa has to offer. Please note: This unit might not be for everyone. We are very close to downtown in an area with a few homeless shelters and volunteer diners. We have times a lot of foot traffic on Nebraka Ave. It’s safe but it’s not for someone looking for a suburb apartment.

You have 1 free parking space to go along with it in the driveway. Extra fee for Early check in and beach equipment if needed.
