Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tepoztlán

We loved it, we had a great time, the support staff was super attentive! It was a cold season and even though we paid for the boiler, the pool never heated up, but it was the only detail, everything else 100% recommended.

As a recommendation for the next ones who want to rent, the place is quite large so I recommend going in large groups. Excellent place, facilities and pool; we really enjoyed it. The only thing we saw a little bad is that for times a lot of maintenance people come in and out and that feeling of privacy was lost a little but just in the pool area. I definitely recommend the property and the attention we had from the host was good.

We had a lovely stay at Jaime and Rosa's. Jaime was very responsive and always available to answer our questions, provide us with what we needed and give us advice.

We had a very pleasant stay, Mr. Tagle was very nice and very attentive to our arrival, he gave us clear instructions and it was easy to get there, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is everything in the house to have a quiet weekend, the pool with a very pleasant temperature and the garden is very nice, we had a great time, we would definitely come back again.

The place is excellent as the photos show, very extremely clean, has everything you need, and the best of all has sugar, servituallas toperas pans oven and Massss of what the coal part offer the grill part completely free and to turn on indispensable utensils tables chairs and Massss really nothing ISO is missing in the stay, the best part of all this is not. DON BETo is an excellent person for not deserted more extremely friendly, attentive, in a few words a super person, a thousand times I would return with my family to this place I highly recommend it (horn for music, lamps for a fire, security lamps, Roku, fans, hot water in bathrooms and in jacuzzi, I have a detail for my son when I really enter. Excellent place to enjoy with the family. We had an amazing weekend, with a quiet and safe atmosphere. Mrs. Alejandra was always attentive to any detail. We took advantage of the extra services and were delighted: the boiler keeps the pool really warm, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the cleaning service is impeccable. Everything is in perfect condition and 100% recommended. Since our arrival, we were provided with great recommendations for eating and shopping. Also, the proximity to a Walmart and the availability of Uber Eats made our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Everything is great ! The home super clean and well maintained Overall the house has everything you need so that you don't go out if you bring everything. José Luis is always available at all times . If you go out to buy things there is really everything super close . The pool is always hot and quite large .

Cecilia Sofia's place was incredible! So private and beautiful! The gardens were lush and the swimming pool was where we just wanted to stay all day! Cecilia Sofia was an amazing host from the start - always communicative and responsive and very flexible about when we could arrive. She gave us local recommendations and also provided us with extra kitchen amenities since we were cooking for ourselves. The kitchen is small but adequate for our needs. There are lots of walkable restaurants and the mercado municipal is 10 - 15 min walk away for any of our grocery needs. Thank you Cecilia Sofia for a wonderful stay!

Maria Idalia is a great host and the whole time she was attentive to our needs, her house is well cared for and very well distributed, in a pleasant fraction and very safe, the pool kept warm despite the cold weather in the evenings, by the time it was little we used it. The backyard with grill, the garden and the area around the pool are very comfortable and pleasant to spend time with friends and family.

We had a great time as a family. The house is excellent as in the photos and description. Ricardo and Marcela were excellent, communication was immediate and at all times attentive to what was offered. I would definitely go back.

Jorge's property is excellent. We spent a few wonderful days with the family. Everything was excellent. Communication was always fast, friendly and willing to support us. Abril was very friendly and attentive at all times. The house is much better than what is shown in the pictures. It's very well equipped, comfortable, spacious. The garden is amazing and has very nice views of the Tepoztlán mountains. The pool was great. A great option to relax, rest and spend time as a family. The place is very quiet so if you want it is a place with excellent amenities and also, peace and quiet, this property is the indicated option. We look forward to returning soon. The house is large, has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the hour is something that is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool cleaning was done at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even gives you his back. lives there another lady who must be his wife she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the Lord is rude. that other points to the house. I hope you'll talk to him to change his attitude.

In general everything was fine, the reason I booked was because it said that the pool was heated, the reality is that the water is at room temperature. On the days we used the pool we had to pay an extra 500.00 for each day to turn on the boiler, I was traveling with two minors and for them the temperature was uncomfortable. The house is very spacious and well laid out.

A very nice place in terms of location, proximity and tranquility. Another theme to highlight is the great attention of the host at all times, even before arriving and just booked. very friendly, everything matches the description of the house and makes you feel from the first moment that everything is for you and your visitors. we have two cachorras and they were very happy just like us. thank you dear!

my family really enjoy the place we had a nice 2 days stay! the pool the volleyball space was great! the house was huge and i could say that we will be returning :)

Grateful for all the attention from Miriam, she supported us at all times from arrival to departure, a very quiet and safe place, having asked for the water heater was an excellent idea since the water was very nice even though it rained at night, we definitely enjoyed it a lot, the house is very nice and clean in all its corners, and it has everything for a pleasant stay, it is worth renting the place if you are looking for quiet and restful days, the flexibility of the schedule is very good as it allows you to enjoy your stay even more, we are very grateful to our host for her kindness and for having welcomed us into her home.
