It is inside a property located 1200 meters from the town's main square and 4 blocks from the San Juan del Rio-Xilitla highway, which is the one that takes you to the main vineyards and Bernal. It is not a subdivision or residential area, it is a 100% working-class but very quiet neighborhood. You will be our priority!

Welcome to my favorite space! Private, spacious and comfortable room located in a central area. It has a cozy king size bed, air conditioning/ heater, a sofa, full bathroom, microwave, minibar, a small cupboard space, large closet with enough space to store your stuff, Wi-Fi, a breakfast nook with 2 chairs to have your morning coffee. It has a projector and Chromecast to turn the room into a cinema! Center 7 minutes walk.

Private room with own bathroom, double bed, TV, closet. All bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms. Common areas such as kitchen, dining room, dining room, entrance patio are shared. It does not have parking, you can leave the car in front of the house in the street. The hot water is by solar heater, if the days are cloudy, you can not have hot water.
