Monthly Rentals in Tera

Everything is great, the most tranquil village I've ever visited with my family! We went to the church in the afternoons that were literally 2 steps from the house and we were playing with our babies! The house was very beautiful, with a big yard and we and our dogs enjoyed it very much! There is a friendly grandmother who with only one question was running to help us and offer us things for us and our children! The host was very kind and very communicative!! and we didn't want to leave for anything! A tip for those who go to take the road through the city and not the one that the coordinates show them you make a big circle and there is no reason! Through the city to Peyia is much faster! The small cottage is a little set back in the middle of the village. Shopping is available. It is really very lovingly renovated with lots of little details and a lot of feeling for the old structure. You can imagine how much work that was. If you are looking for a small accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, you will feel comfortable here. The highlight is the cozy fireplace right by the bed. Wonderful!!! The hosts were super friendly, helpful and flexible. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for an authentic place to stay. Thanks!!!

We stayed here for 5 weeks, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay. Chrysanthos was very responsive, we had an issue with hot water but he got on to it, sorted an electrician to come and fix straight away (even though it was over Christmas) and the issue was sorted in double quick time. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of. The villa is exactly as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the communal pool, however it looked well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The area of Goudi is very quiet but perfect for our requirements, you will need a car to fet around. In all a perfect stay and I would definitely reccommend. Thankyou
