The house is very good, the rooms are spacious, living room, equipped kitchen and the outdoor area of the pool are excellent to enjoy with the family! They were very pleasant days! We went with children and there was plenty of room in the house and outdoor area to play, good for all ages, in addition to the pool that is successful too! Fabiana and Gustavo are very attentive and kind!

A great place for a couple who want to spend a few days in Itaipava, Condominio has a great leisure area and is very close to everything from Feirinha de Itaipava to restaurants and shopping malls in Itaipava. It's worth getting to know.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. We returned with a heart full of good memories and counting the days to return! Thanks for everything!

We spent an excellent weekend with a group of 8 families. The house is actually prepared to receive large groups. The owner is very helpful, as well as the auxiliaries that have been recommended to us. We recommend it and we will return for sure.

Mr. Ary's house is wonderful. My family and I were very well received. We were in a group of 10 and were very well accommodated. The house is spacious, airy, full kitchen, two refrigerators... The pool area is also perfect for a poolside barbecue (which we did). The house is even more beautiful in person. The yard is huge with lots of plants and a beautiful lawn. The young man who received us was very helpful and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend Mr. Ary, especially for large groups because the house is very comfortable!

Me and my friends love to stay at Cléber's house. It is a wonderful place, with a breathtaking view and the home super cozy and spacious. And last but not least, I should talk about Cléber and his wife who were super gentle and solicited. The cake left at check in was a special touch for those days.

The house is in a great place. We did everything on foot. I just started the car to get out. The highly cozy house and the condominium has all the necessary structure with very attentive staff. The host answered all questions almost immediately!! We will return for sure.

Simple and very cozy house. It is very well located within the condominium (next to the club, great for those with kids). The condominium is spectacular, just like the photos, with plenty of space for hiking, games and a very hot pool. We were lucky that by the time they were with children's recreation, with many activities for children. The condominium also has a canteen, with good dining options and with good price. The address is very easy to locate, and has a nearby market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant (within walking distance). The house was clean and with impeccable gardening. The host Ricardo is very requested and responds quickly. We take great memories of the week we spent there and recommend it.

The house, although old (construction, furniture and utensils) is well located, in a quiet environment. Some moldy-smelling rooms that soon dissipated when we opened doors and windows. The high setting of the house is an all-glazed solarium, excellent for a breakfast in the sun or a wine in the evening.

The house is very good, cozy, very clean and one notices the care of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and appliances and the games available in the house are a differential. We recommend only to note that the stretch of dirt road to the house can be more challenging for lower cars. Communication with the host was also wonderful, always agile and helpful. Having the assistance of people close to the house during the stay was also a very positive differential. We spend very pleasant and fun days among friends.

Simply amazing! It was the best AirBnb stay I've ever had! The communication and directions to get there were clear and precise, we managed to get there without difficulty. The farm is charming, has 4 lakes, a waterfall, a lookout point and a multitude of beautiful birds. I felt repetitive because at every moment I said "wow!", shocked by the beauty of this place! It really is a haven to rest and admire nature. The house is beautiful, it made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was very nice! What impressed me was the quality of the items offered: bed linens, towels, soap, all the best, which is very unusual in AirBnbs. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything in perfect condition and working, in addition to having a stunning view. There you wake up and go to sleep with the birds chirping! There is beauty everywhere, we took beautiful photos and created unforgettable memories! But, above all, we learned that it doesn't take much to live well and be happy!

The instructions for arriving at the location were perfect. The house itself is wonderful, with a very beautiful view, plenty of space, amenities and comfort. We were able to enjoy all the leisure space, both adults and children had a great time! The caretakers were very kind, helped us and attended to us promptly in everything that was needed. I would definitely come back!

The house is very beautiful, spacious and was clean and presentable on our arrival. The condominium is quite safe, with very strict rules, and does not allow guests to visit. Being a construction of the 70s, the house needs updating/maintenance, especially hydraulic and electricity, as well as sofas and armchairs of the room need to renovate the upholstery. We had bad luck with the weather, it rained 8 of the 9 days of our stay. The house could have exercise equipment, such as treadmill or bike (there is plenty of room for this), for situations like this. There is only one television (in the living room) in the whole house, we miss more TVs, since the accommodation is for 14 people and has 5 bedrooms. The internet is good, it is good in almost the whole house, it is what saved us, because with the bad time, SKY did not work. Finally, a special thank you to Aldair, an employee of the house and who commanded the kitchen during our stay. He did everything to please and solve the problems that arose.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!
