The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

The accommodation is very good. There is everything you need, even for longer stays. Communication and check-in is absolutely easy. The reception is great, very helpful and extremely friendly. They'll be there for you at any time. I like the surroundings extraordinarily. No tourists, lots of small shops, all super friendly. About 5 minutes towards the sea there is a beautiful and cozy area with many very good restaurants. Simply top. The promenade by the sea is simply beautiful and pleasant. I'd love to come back.

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

Everything was perfect

The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. Clean and fully equipped accommodation. It is very well located for access to the Marmaray. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. The host is kind and very responsive in communication.

The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
