Junas appartment is a jem, well worth staying at. It is super cozy and every detail is well thought of, very clean, amazing bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely chose to stay again, the location is also super, and having a parking makes everything easier.

We came back for the second time at this small but cozy place with great pleasure. Dear Fabio and Monica, always ready to answer all our questions and needs. The quiet of the house and the village was ideal for us to relax in a period of stress. As always, delicious and the surroundings are always to be visited with pleasure. As always, we returned home with our hearts in peace (and the trunk full of oil, legumes, cereals and wines🫣🤣). Polly, our 12-year-old dog, also really enjoyed the stay. We hope to be back soon!♥️

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. It also has ample space and all the necessary amenities.

We had a pleasant stay at Lorenzo's apartment. It is very well-located on a quiet street close to the historic center. We found everything we needed in the apartment for cooking. We recommend it.

This apartment is ideally located between 2 the most interesting piazza del la Republiquea or the circular C bus arrives and especially set back 2 steps from the piazza del popolo accommodation With these flea markets and above all a wonderful little cafe right next to the church run by two nice very friendly ladies who really love people a beautiful find

This is our second time staying in La Casetta di Viterbo and like the previous one we had a great time. Communication with Geneva was quick and effective, the house is clean and cozy, the check-in and check-out process is clear and simple. We'll definitely be back!

the trip with my daughter in Amelia was memorable.From the village a few minutes by car there is the possibility of seeing much more of wonderful as the marble waterfalls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to take you to the apartment, plus you won't miss anything for the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast essentials...I'm very satisfied...

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

I found the location of the property positive as it allowed me to park my car and only walk around the entire period of the stay

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.
