Separately, I want to note Alexey as an incredibly responsive and responsible host. I was always intouch and responsive to my requests. This is the best place I've rented. Only good impressions. Also, there were no problems with check-in - everything is easy and without complex organizations in a limited period of time. Free breakfast in Karma coffee is a super bonus. The only caveat is that it is only for two, so if you plan to stay a bigger company, be aware. Ah, and also a musical column without bluetooth, but these are already nuances) The place is cool - I recommend it.
