Simply wonderful! Strong point, right on the sand, brand new house, place full of meanings and great to relax. If you sleep with the door open, you can hear the sound of the sea. We highly recommend and look forward to seeing you at our Hostel in Serra Gaúcha.

It was great our stay, Jéssica was super gentle, flexible on schedule and responded very quickly to any requested need. The apartment is better than the description, super cozy, fine clean and all the utensils available and great for use. The condominium is very legal, organized and clean. The apartment is right in front of the pool, which is great for those who have a child in relation to care and safety. It is very close to the beach and also very close to the trade. The bathroom is small but meets super well, shower is great and bed and sofa bed is very comfortable. We certainly would be back.

We spent 16 incredible nights in the apartment of Dona Cristina. I did not meet her in person but always answered with agility the doubts I had. Great apto famous "foot in the sand", great sea view. We like the apt, excellent shower, great fridge too much frost, comfortable sofa ( just not much to sleep, as it is a sofa bed) but nothing from another world and cannot be compared to a bed. We had a problem with the internet of the house one day where we spent a few hours without the signal that had fallen. And a curiosity, wi-fi depending on where we were on the edge of the beach the wi-fi took it there without the need to use our data plan. In general, it is recommended to stay in the apartment of Mrs. Cristina, I hope to return again with certainty.

I spent a lot of time at the place, Anbriele's grandfather is very dear, she took very good care of us.

Excellent apartment, close to the beach, restaurants, markets and the pool is great for when you arrive from the beach. Another positive point is that Alexandre thought of the smallest details for those who will be staying, as there are beach chairs, sun umbrellas and games available in the apartment for those who want to have fun on the beach.

The stay was perfect. We went as a couple and it was all sensational, extremely spacious and comfortable house, very nice and private, barbecue area and pool were very well used. We love the place, close to the beach and the centrinho, we will definitely return!

The host welcomed us a few minutes after our arrival. The distance to the beach is two blocks. The house is very complete in terms of cooking utensils, barbecue and cleaning supplies. The climate inside the house is well ventilated, it doesn't get hot even on hot days. I don't know if it's the season I've been, but there were no mosquitoes or flies. Region with a noticeable feeling of safety, including frequent patrols from the Military Brigade. There is a market and a snack bar less than two blocks away. Would recommend.

Great place to rest with family. Easy access to the beach and the city center. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Safe place. To make it even better, it just needed a little more outdoor lighting and a fan in the room for the hot days we had. Otherwise, everything was perfect and immediate communication with the host Henrique. It's really worth it.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
