A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

In the village there are three tavernas where the visitors can enjoy food and coffee by the seea with the long beach and the wonderful ash-grey sand. Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
