Really good communication with Bac and very helpful with borrowing bikes, motorcycles and arranging transportation to Ninh Binh train station! Really good service and close to many attractions. Trang An town itself is a little deserted, but you're quickly in Tam Coc or Ninh Binh☺️ They were nice to allow early check-in. Lovely rooms with cozy balcony!

Our best day in Vietnam only got better due to our stay at Sierra Homestay . - The family is so warm and welcoming with very personal touch from the family that no hotel can provide . - If your interests lies in exploring Trang an area this location is just perfect - Very convinient as they have a small restaurant on the terrace serving good food and can arrange transport for you -extremely clean rooms . The top rooms have a beautiful view Highly recommend you to choose Sierra Homestay . We will surely go back when we visit ninh binh again

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Beautiful locale, tucked away in a quieter part of Tam Coc yet only a 5 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants and businesses. Mr. Le was especially helpful , providing excellent local recommendations and assisting us in booking day trips at short notice. Mr. Nam, the onsite manager, took care of our laundry and other needs during our stay. We were served a delicious Vietnamese breakfast with fresh fruit every morning, even getting food to go the last morning when we had to check out early. Would highly recommend this stay!

We were present earlier than indicated but that was no problem. They went straight to get us started. Helping arrange things like a scooter and taxi which is very nice! You can always reach them if you have any questions! The place was nice and beautiful! Beautiful surroundings and good distance to the center and activities. We would definitely recommand this location!

This is already the second stay at the beautiful Sea Breeze Villa of my father and myself. We are Swiss expats living in Hanoi who really like the beach. With the new highway it is doable even for a short visit from there. The very new villa has lots and lots of space, a great salon and kitchen, and a very nice private pool. The rooms are very generous, and all have their own bathroom. We felt at home instantly. In less than 10 minutes’ walk you are at the massive semi-private beach of the FLC resort and also at the biggest sea water pool in SE Asia. For an extra fee you can swim at that hotel pool, which is really worth it. But the best thing about the villa is the host, Hue. She is a Vietnamese lady living in Florida and thus speaks perfect English. She is super friendly, extremely helpful and amenable to requests over text and phone. If something needs to be done, her housekeeper is at the villa in no time. We can highly recommend the villa&hope to come back again soon.

Our group had a wonderful stay! Thành’s place was very comfortable and clean. His wife made wonderful meals for us. His place is located 15-20 minutes away from Ninh Binh attractions, but he organizes all transportation. The neighborhood outside his property is not very walkable, but you can enjoy some biking. He organized a wonderful two days of sight-seeing & gave us many options on what to see in the local area. Every detail of every day was seamless, and his planning went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Ninh Binh area!! Thank you Thành!
