Vacation rentals with beach access in Thanh Khê District

Very good place, sea view... it's just l in the same side of the road where Hilton, Radisson is... you will feel like home in front of the beach Very good host... i got suggestions for good food and i tried them as well... Chickpea is top among the recommended.. Got bike for 3 days at very affordable price... Reception team members are very good and friendly... helped me to keep the luggage, with bike, tickets for ba na hills... thank you very much for all the good service...

Its a great location. Right across from the main veach area where you can rent a chair for $2 on the beach with an umbrella. The rooftop pool is nice but an daily fee to use it. It was still cheap, I think it was like $2 / day per person. The bakery in the lobby had amazing pasties and banana bread. The room is pretty big and very comfortable.

We had such a great stay at Lyn’s apartment - the place was very clean and in a great location. We would absolutely stay again!

Very good and clean place, I enjoyed being further up the beach in son tra and having a scooter to get around because it was more relaxed

This place was great! My boyfriend and I stayed at two different listings of Duoc. We had to come back because we love the area. Lots of cafes nearby and the beach is in walking distance 😊 the host was also very responsive and helped us out so much :)

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

The unit was cleaned and convenient and just as described.

The place was amazing, Tam was very easy to communicate with and they even let us have late check out!!! we are def coming back again!!!

Loved staying in La’s place. The place looks exactly like the photo which is bright and calming. Host is very responsive and provides clear instruction and shop recommendations near her place. La’s place is very convenient, it’s just walking distance to the beach, restaurants, massage and shops. Besides La’s place are actually local houses. It’s interesting as some set up food stall right in front of their house and we see some gathering and having drinks outside their house at night. We are a group of 13. La’s place is what I’m looking for. There’s 2 big beds in each room so 2 people can share a bed comfortable. Each floor has 2 bedrooms so for parents with young kids, it’s like a connecting room and you can see your kids. La’s place is also well sound proof. Even though we have 13 people, we do not hear each other noises. The water pressure when bathing is also great even when multiple people are showering. I will book this place again if I’m back in Danang.

This is the best accommodation You're really kind, and the house is cleaner and better than the pictures. I think it's an absolutely regrettable choice.

It is located about a 7-minute walk to My Khe Beach, but there is an accommodation in a quiet place, so I was able to sleep comfortably in the evening. Free pick-up service and easy access to the accommodation It was so nice to be able to come. I want to use it again soon.

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

It was very convenient because it was near the beach and the mart and restaurants were close. I recommend this accommodation.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

I stayed with family and it was perfect sea facing apartment. Washing machine and kitchen made the place feel like home . Thankyou guys
