We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. Beautifully renovated by the owner itself, the loft is the perfect hideout in the middle of the old central district of Tilburg, boasting many shops, restaurants and bars. A comfortable loft fully decorated for 3 persons, and that on only 25m2!

Vacation home on the Loonse and Drunense dunes

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in part of a long-gable farm, where once was the cowshed and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, something special

On the Bosscheweg, right opposite Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, view of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

It's a nice apartment, it's in the beginning of the village In a wonderful area, close to Den Boch and Tilburg. Within a distance of 1 kilometer there are several village shops, and 4 eateries. We are close to the National Park De Loonse and Drunense Dunes Dunes. 25 minutes drive from the Efteling and the Beekse Bergen. There are beautiful bike routes, there is also a storage room where the bikes can be located.

The apartment is on the third floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom, a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You pay an extra €25.00 per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment via a private entrance with stairs.
