A 50 m² living room is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the enclosed garden. The ground floor is marked tourism and disability with 2 bedrooms and shower room.

Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.
