Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Separate garden pavilion surrounded by nature

Located in Tervuren next to the Arboretum (2min walking), La Vista is a green paradise for nature lovers, racing & mountain bikers, and business travelers. It has the access to nature, combined with comfort and country-side feeling nearby the city (Brussels, Leuven & Wavre are only 20min away). The Green Pavilion has free WiFi, 1 large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with Nexpresso machine, a shower room. Guests can relax on their private terrace, enjoy unique and stunning view on meadows.

Guesthouse with natural vibe - bikes included

Guest cottage with a brand new, sparkling clean bathroom, in a quiet suburb 4 km from downtown. You’ll share the wild garden with us, but the cottage is exclusive to you. With the two bikes that are included in your stay, the Korenmarkt is a mere 15 minutes away. Bakery, butcher, supermarket and cafés within walking distance. Parking nearby and easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops less than 1 km away. There’s a good bus service to and from the train station Gent-Sint-Pieters.

Beaurepaire, charming guest house in Champagne

Between vineyard and forest, in a shaded park, we welcome you in a typical Champagne house whose annex has been fitted out for your comfort. It is independent of the house and opens onto a large garden where you can rest and have lunch while listening to the sound of the fountain and stream. You can take walks in the vineyard and in the forest. Epernay and its famous Champagne cellars are a 15-min drive away, Reims is 40 min away and Paris is 1 hour away by train.

Lasne-Ohain, Quiet and comfortable

You will appreciate this recent, quiet accommodation located in a green path, its comfort, its brightness, its superb full equipped kitchen, its private parking right next to the entrance with electric vehicle charger. Perfect for couple ( crib ) or solo guest. The area is residential but 500 m from shops, restaurants, bus station, 1 km from Waterloo golf course, 20 min from Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% of the rent corresponds to the rental of the furniture.

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.
