Japanese Ramen noodles is huge in Vancouver, particularly in downtown! This Marutama joint uses chicken broth and is super delicious! Note though, they only accept debit or credit cards, no cash!

A ramen gem amongst a city with several ramen spots. Marutama serves up a comforting bowl of chicken-based broth that hits that perfect spot that has locals coming back each and every time!
