The correct address to pick up the Circulator is the corner of C Street, NE and 9th St, NE, (going west) which tours the city, hop on and off for only $1 each drop-off.

This neighborhood branch is one of the Carnegie libraries. It was renovated a few years ago. If you don't have a computer and need to use one, this is an option.
