A Utah favorite for made to order Mexican food. Sweet pork is our favorite meat there.

Cafe Rio and Costa Vida are a bit of a Mexican grill rivalry here in Utah! (The one thing Costa Vida has that Cafe Rio doesn’t is raspberry chicken). However, my favorite menu item is the sweet pork in a burrito or on a salad and I prefer the pork from Cafe Rio. Drive through, take out or sit down.

Two words: CAFE RIO. The sweet pork burrito or sweet pork salad will blow your mind. Utahns love this place and so do we!

Quick mexican food. This restaurant started in Utah and has since expanded. Great food.

Hands down the best mexican cafe I have ever been to. The best thing here is the shredded chicken salad with tomatillo dressing.
