Yes, it's super far, but are these the best consistent pancakes I've ever had? Yes. This one's a fun trip if you have a car or are willing to brave some public transpo. Downtown Evanston is nearby.

Fantastic Breakfast and lunch! Try their signature Apple Pancake or Dutch Baby! Great eggs and omelettes, too.
