It's a wonderfully picturesque Spanish village set into the mountain and steeped in authentic Spanish culture as well as a bit of tourism thrown in, obvs.

Take a bus up to Capileira then walk down to the lower village, Pampaniera. Each village is special in it's own way. They all have great restaurants and cafes. I enjoy having a coffee on one of the rooftop cafes.
