This has recently been refurbished and now houses a selection of fun restaurants/bars. Gino d'acampo has opened a place here. I like Wahaca mexican.

Lots of nice restaurants all together in the old Corn Exchange building. I'd recommend Wahaca for mexican small plates or Mowgli for indian street food - both tasty and affordable
