The Appalachian Trail is easily accessed from The Old Parsonage at Long Mountain Wayside on Route 60. Perhaps the ultimate American hike, anyone can enjoy being on the trail for a day.

A drop off location is Reeds Gap just on the top of Rt 664 just five miles away.
