*Fishing Mores Creek & Picnicking at Mores Creek Park: Mores Creek is a tributary of the Boise River. Stocked hatchery rainbow trout provide the bulk of the sport fishing opportunity. However, in years with adequate flows and temperatures kokanee ascend the river beginning in late July and attempt to spawn throughout the lower portion of More’s Creek. There is a toilet, Campground, and ADA Access at the park. Recommended Game Fish: Kokanee, Brook Trout, Mountain Whitefish, Rainbow Trout, Redband Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch. There are several pullouts along highway 21 that offer ample access for anglers to More’s creek. Note: Please follow local fishing rules and guidelines. Be prepared for some traffic. To get there you can 2WD, AWD and 4X4.
