Take a leisurely stroll along our fantastic, clean beautiful beach. Year upon year it wins a Blue Flag award for cleanliness and quality of water. If you are brave take a dip in the clear water and be invigorated by the waves. Join the locals for sunrise and sunset ‘dooks’ as they call them when the weather allows. The sand dunes that rise up have many trails worn into them so you can enjoy a walk and maybe see the local wildlife. Even in the winter it’s worth getting wrapped up and seeing the dramatic waves pound the coastline - you may even catch some of our hardy fishermen setting off in their boats navigating their way through the surf to earn their living.
