Enjoy a relaxing afternoon while floating down the Penticton River Channel. There are a few companies that offer shuttle services when you "complete" your float. Two of these companies are called Float Penticton and Coyote Cruises.

The 7km lake to lake Channel Float is a must do summer activity in Penticton. The float starts at Coyote Cruises on Riverside Drive and slowly drifts from Okanagan Lake all the way down to Skaha Lake. If you don't want to float the whole way, there is a mid-way stopping point at Green Mountain Road. You are welcome to use your own floatie, there are no restrictions, but if you do not have your own then you can rent one at Coyote Cruises. They have everything from single tubes to 12-seater floating islands. There are also shuttle busses, to bring you back to the start if you need to pick up your car afterwards.

a classic easy float that's fun for the whole family. you can pull out half way (45 min to an hour) or go all the way to skaha lake. coyote tours does float rental and bussing but if you have a couple vehicles, easy to do on your own. put in in penticton, left as soon as you go over the bridge.
