Do not even think about climbing Ben Wyvis, our beloved weather mountain, whose name means 'noble', unless you have 7 hours to spare, decent walking boots, appropriate clothing for the weather and are reasonably fit. Never mess about on or with our mountains. Sections of this mountain are very steep. Views from the top out of this world. You may see ptarmigan, grouse, deer and golden eagles.

Walk up our local Munro for breathtaking views. A more challenging hike for the experienced walker, allow about 5 hours up and down!
