Located in Arecibo PR (almost 2 hrs from Loiza). Río Tanamá extends through three towns, and it's known as the ultimate outdoor adventure destination. Various tour operators such as Tanama River Adventures offer tours through the river that include cave tubing, swimming, hiking, and more.
