"HEART AND CORE YOGA" ........720 East Main Street I go to this studio 3 times a week and Sherry is a gem, she knows the body and works with with each of us. It help being a PT. Sherry Fitzgerald BACKGROUND: I discovered yoga in 2000 while looking for a tool to help calm myself down. After my first class, I knew I wanted to become a teacher and help everyone feel as good as I did that day. I pursued yoga education and became certified in 2001. I spent the next few years teaching at community recreation centers until my yoga practice propelled me into furthering my education to expand my knowledge of our physical beings. In 2007, I became a Physical Therapist Assistant.
