Closest area beach. Great lake views of Chicago and sunsets. Visit The Trail Stop in the pavilion for walkup food and drinks.

Trust your pgs to get you there. Totally worth the effort. Great sunsets, occasional music, pavilion with bathrooms and sometimes food. Access to walking trails and the beach.

Beach Front & walking trails If you take Willow Creek Road North past the entrance that leads you to Bass pro you will come to a light and turn left. That road branches where the right goes to Ogden Dunes and the left goes to the riverwalk.

Beach & Beautiful Pier for a nice walk or fishing. Many picnic tables near the main building. Closes 30 minutes after dusk. 1000 Riverwalk Drive in Portage, IN. (Portage Lakefront & Riverwalk).
