the log boom pier probably the one of best places for lake shore fishing in Seattle, the north tip of lake Washington is shallow, lots of area are less than 10 feet deep, which provides abundant food for the fish, of course, bold eagles found that long time ago, on top of that, north tip of lake is the only lake shore not occupied by the multi-million dollar housees.

Log Boom Pier has paddle board and kayak rentals and is a great starting point for bicyclist who want to go either east or west. I also see people fishing on the pier, but I don't know if they catch anything.

Walk the pier at the north end of Lake Washington, or watch the eagles, fisherman, sea planes, bicyclists. Kayak and paddle board rentals too!
