Fine dining, but Nyonya style? Count us in! Located inside the timeless Seven Terraces heritage hotel made out of Anglo-Chinese terrace houses, Kebaya Dining Room is a stunning restaurant and definitely a must-visit for those of you who'd like a more local fine dining experience, specifically Nyonya fine dining. The chefs here aim to preserve the heritage of Baba Nyonya through food, so you can expect to enjoy servings of authentic Classic Straits and Indo-Chinese dishes, refined using traditional French cooking techniques. Be spoilt for choice as you browse through their 4-course menu that includes choices of entrées, main courses, vegetables as well as desserts (we'd recommend ordering their tang yuan dessert!). A fusion peranakan fine-dining restaurant, the food is as beautiful and breath-taking as the ambiance & decoration of the restaurant. With the hotel (Seven Terraces) located above, this establishment is a testament of the endearment of the Peranakan culture in the modern 21st century.
