OK, it is Cannery Row and most of the diners are going to be tourists but their seafood and pasta in particular are great. One of the Shake Family Restaurants (Monterey's version of the Brennans in New Orleans)

Hands down the best Seafood Bar and Grill in Kona. Traditional menu and reasonable prices. Beautiful view of the Bay with open air dining. Highly recommend:-) 12 minute walk on Ali’i Drive.
