新潟屈指の繁華街万代シテイは新潟のユースカルチャーの発信地だ。多数のショッピングモールや映画館やデパートが連なるこの界隈はいつでもにぎやか。新潟らしいお土産も見つけられるだろう。スターバックスもある。 Bandai Shitei is the biggest station of youth culture in Niigata. There a lot of shopping center, movie theater, department stores. You will find some local souvenirs too. There is a Starbucks.
