Good Alsatian restaurant. Owners hire armed forces veterans as servers to help with re-entry into workplace.

One of the TOP restaurants in the city and unique, in that it's an Alsace Lorraine (a piece of land that has been at different times, German and French) menu. Their food is scrumptious, the design/decor is beautiful, and they hire veterans. They don't own a can opener, they make their own ketchup, mustard, pickles, Cola, and more. Great place!! The only negative is parking can be a little difficult, so take Lyft.
