Kanazawa recently gained burger specialty shop on Seseragi Dori, The Godburger. Their thick, juicy burger patties are truly new to the area, as even other shops that do offer well-flavored, properly-cooked burgers tend toward the smaller side in favor of traditional portion preferences. Godbuger's burgers are definitely western-sized, and they even offer a double-patty cheeseburger if you're feeling voracious.
