Borough is a friendly local bar, but also a restaurant that has some of my favorite brunches and dinners around. I always order the scrambled eggs for breakfast, which come with a salad, white or wheat toast, grits or home fries, and bacon or sausage for about $10. For dinner, the penne a la vodka with shrimp is great and so is the Salmon. Great for brunch, but not breakfast - they usually don't open until 10:30 or 11.
